Subscription & Auto-Refill Terms
Some Mediclab plans are recurring subscriptions or prepaid multi-month plans. These Terms explain billing, renewal, and how to cancel. By enrolling in a plan you authorize the billing described below.
Plan types
- Monthly plan — billed every month until you cancel.
- 3-month and 6-month prepaid plans — paid once upfront for the full term, then renew at the end of the term unless cancelled.
Auto-renewal & billing authorization
Your plan automatically renews at the then-current price using your payment method on file, on the recurring schedule shown at checkout, until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize Mediclab and its payment processors to charge your payment method on each billing date.
Billing date & amount
Your billing date and amount are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. For prepaid plans, the next charge occurs at the end of your prepaid term.
Price promises and future renewals
The amount due today and the renewal amount are shown before purchase. A monthly-equivalent price may require a three- or six-month upfront payment. Any price lock applies only as described in the written offer shown at checkout. Unless that offer expressly says otherwise, future renewal pricing may change after advance email notice; you may cancel before the affected renewal.
Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and renewals; it does not retroactively refund a charge already billed except as provided in our Refund Policy. For prepaid plans, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current term.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Because medications are prescription products, dispensed medication is generally non-returnable for safety reasons; contact us and we will help.
Clinical approval and charge timing
A medication charge is finalized only after a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate, issues a prescription, and the exact plan and amount are presented to you. If a refill is not clinically approved and no medication is dispensed, no medication charge for that refill is owed.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and pause your plan until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment and contact details current.
Fulfillment
Renewal billing does not guarantee shipment. Each refill is subject to provider review, pharmacy approval, clinical eligibility, and applicable law.
