Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Mediclab Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these Terms. “Mediclab”, “we”, “us” refers to MedicLab.
1. Program overview
The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring potential patients to Mediclab’s telehealth services through a unique tracking link. Mediclab provides a telehealth access platform; medical care, prescriptions, and fulfillment are provided by independent licensed providers and pharmacies at their sole discretion.
2. Enrollment & approval
- Applications are reviewed within two (2) business days. We may accept or reject any application at our discretion.
- Affiliates must be 18 years or older and based in the United States.
- Affiliates must have an active website, social media presence, newsletter, or community.
- We may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time for the reasons described below.
3. Commission structure
You earn a flat bounty for each new, qualifying patient who completes their first paid, cash-pay treatment plan through your unique link, based on the treatment type:

Commission rules:
- A commission is earned only when a referred patient completes a qualifying first paid plan and passes the refund/cancellation window.
- Cash-pay only. No commission is earned on any order or prescription billed in whole or part to insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state healthcare program. This restriction exists to comply with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and related laws.
- Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and termination.
- Commissions are voided and clawed back if the patient cancels or obtains a refund within the applicable refund window, or if the order is later found fraudulent or ineligible.
- We may adjust bounty amounts with thirty (30) days’ notice.
4. Tracking & attribution
- Attribution uses last-click cookie tracking with a sixty (60) day window from the referral click.
- If a user clears cookies, blocks tracking, or uses a different device, the referral may not be recorded. Mediclab is not responsible for technical issues that prevent tracking.
- Affiliates must use only the tracking links provided in the affiliate dashboard. Our tracking system is the final authority on attribution and commissions.
5. Payment terms

6. Permitted promotional methods
- Your own website, blog, newsletter, or email list (opted-in only)
- Organic social media, YouTube, and podcast content
- Online communities where you are an active, disclosed member
7. Prohibited methods
Affiliates shall NOT:
- Make any medical claim, diagnose, or guarantee health outcomes or weight-loss results
- Make income or earnings claims about the Program
- State or imply that medication is guaranteed; eligibility is always determined by a licensed provider
- Bid on “Mediclab” or confusingly similar branded keywords in paid search
- Use spam, unsolicited email/SMS, cookie stuffing, click fraud, pop-unders, or forced redirects
- Create sites or domains that impersonate Mediclab, or modify our trademarks or logos
- Offer unauthorized coupons or discounts, or promote on adult, violent, or hateful content
- Use their own link for personal purchases, or sub-affiliate / transfer their account
8. FTC disclosure (required)
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Mediclab in every piece of content, placed before the affiliate link and in plain language — for example: “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you start treatment through my link.” Hashtags such as #ad alone are not sufficient.
9. Brand guidelines
- Use only approved logos, images, and copy provided by Mediclab.
- All content must be truthful, not misleading, and consistent with our brand and with applicable healthcare advertising rules.
10. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship. You are responsible for your own compliance and taxes.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate with seven (7) days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for any violation of these Terms, fraud, brand misrepresentation, or six (6) months of inactivity. On termination, valid unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold are paid in the next cycle; pending amounts below the threshold are forfeited.
12. Modifications & liability
We may modify these Terms with thirty (30) days’ notice via email; continued participation constitutes acceptance. Mediclab’s total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
