MedicLab provides access to telehealth services, provider review, and pharmacy fulfillment support. Prescription medications are shipped only after a licensed healthcare provider reviews your medical information and determines that treatment is clinically appropriate.

Submitting an order, completing an intake form, joining a membership, or making payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be approved, dispensed, refilled, or shipped.

1. How the Shipping Process Works

After you submit your intake, your order follows this process:

Step 1 — Medical Review
A licensed provider reviews your health information, medical history, eligibility, and treatment request.

Step 2 — Prescription Approval
If treatment is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription. If treatment is not appropriate, your order may be canceled, adjusted, or redirected to another option.

Step 3 — Pharmacy Processing
Once approved, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy for verification, preparation, and fulfillment.

Step 4 — Shipping
After the pharmacy ships your order, tracking information may be sent by email, SMS, or through your patient account.

2. Processing Time

After prescription approval, pharmacy processing typically takes:

5–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on pharmacy volume, medication availability, prescription verification, state requirements, holidays, refill timing, and whether additional provider review is needed.

Some orders may process faster, but MedicLab does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your medication has been processed and shipped by the pharmacy, estimated carrier delivery is typically:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping, when available: 1–3 business days
Temperature-sensitive medication: shipped according to pharmacy packaging and carrier requirements

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, medication availability, or pharmacy requirements may affect delivery.

4. Total Estimated Timeline

Most eligible prescription orders are expected to arrive within:

7–14 business days after provider approval

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Your timeline may be shorter or longer depending on provider review, pharmacy processing, and shipping carrier performance.

5. Temperature-Sensitive Medication

Some medications may require temperature-conscious packaging. When applicable, the pharmacy may use insulated packaging, cold packs, or expedited shipping methods.

Please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery. MedicLab is not responsible for packages left outside, exposed to heat or cold, delayed after delivery, stolen, or damaged due to late pickup.

If you believe your medication arrived damaged or exposed to unsafe conditions, contact MedicLab support immediately and include photos of the package, label, and medication.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address before your prescription is processed.

Once an order has been sent to the pharmacy or shipped, MedicLab may not be able to change the address, cancel the shipment, or redirect the package.

MedicLab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, or your MedicLab account.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

8. Refill Shipments

Refills are not automatic unless clearly stated in your plan and permitted by your provider.

Future shipments may require updated health information, follow-up questions, provider approval, payment confirmation, and pharmacy processing.

A refill is not guaranteed until approved by a licensed provider and accepted by the pharmacy.

9. Delays

Your order may be delayed because of:

  • Incomplete medical intake information
  • Additional provider questions
  • Prescription review or verification
  • Pharmacy processing volume
  • Medication supply or availability
  • State-specific pharmacy or telehealth requirements
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Payment or identity verification issues
  • Carrier delays, weather, weekends, or holidays

MedicLab will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed, but shipping and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first, then contact MedicLab support.

Prescription medications may not always be eligible for replacement once marked delivered. Replacement decisions depend on pharmacy policy, carrier investigation, medication type, applicable law, and order history.

11. Returns and Refunds

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned, reused, or resold after being dispensed or shipped. Eden’s terms use a similar strict approach, stating that because prescription medications are regulated, charges may be non-refundable once processed and returns cannot be accepted.

Refund eligibility depends on the order status. If your prescription has not been approved, processed, dispensed, or shipped, you may be eligible for cancellation or refund according to MedicLab’s refund policy.

Once medication has been dispensed or shipped, refunds may be limited or unavailable unless required by law or approved by MedicLab and/or the dispensing pharmacy.

12. Medication Availability

Medication availability may vary by pharmacy, state, dosage, formulation, and supply conditions.

If a medication is unavailable, delayed, or not appropriate for you, your provider or pharmacy may recommend an alternative option when clinically appropriate.
