Is this safe? Who prescribes it?
Every plan is reviewed by a licensed U.S. provider who determines whether treatment is appropriate for you. Your provider will discuss the possible benefits and risks, including side effects, in your individual situation.
How does pricing work?
Your plan and its cost are confirmed with you after a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines that treatment is appropriate. You are not charged for medication unless it is prescribed. There are no hidden fees, and shipping is always free.
Do I need insurance?
No. Our compounded plans are simple cash-pay. Plans are HSA/FSA eligible, and we’ll let you know if other options apply.
What if it’s not right for me?
If a provider determines treatment isn’t appropriate, you won’t be charged for medication. You can stop future renewals by emailing hello@mediclab.us before the next billing date. Prepaid terms are not automatically refunded.

Questions people ask before starting
Can GLP-1 treatment cause hair loss?
Hair loss has been reported in clinical trials. Rapid weight loss, reduced protein or micronutrient intake, hormonal changes, and possibly the medication may contribute. Tell your provider about shedding or thinning. No supplement or additive is guaranteed to prevent it.
Will I lose muscle?
Some lean-mass loss can occur during substantial weight loss. Lean mass is not identical to skeletal muscle. Your provider can help with appropriate nutrition, protein, resistance exercise, and monitoring; no protocol can guarantee zero muscle loss.
Will I regain weight if I stop?
Regain can occur after treatment stops. GLP-1 care may require long-term management, and individual results vary. Discuss maintenance or discontinuation with your provider before changing treatment.
Is compounded medication FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medication is not an FDA-approved generic and is not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. If prescribed, your documents and label identify the exact dispensing pharmacy, formulation, dose, concentration, additives, storage instructions, and beyond-use date.
